HULL & DECK:

• Full keel displacement hull.
• Bottom was peeled and epoxy-barrier coated in 2001 by the previous owner.
• Fiberglass Hull - 2008 hull was painted in AwlGrip paint.
• Lewmar Electric Windlass.
• Round bronze opening portlights.
• Radar mast and boom.
• Teak Cockpit and Side Deck - Professionally Cleaned July 2025
• Varnished Teak Handrails - Bright Work is Peeling and UV-damaged, needs to be stripped and reapplied. 
• Molded nonskid on bow and upper decks. Small soft Non-skid starboard forward upper deck. Non-skid decks require a new coating of paint.
• Painted teak trim on cabin/wheel house perimeter. Some paint is UV damaged and peeling. 

TANKAGE:

• Fuel: 700 gallons in 2 aluminum fuel tanks. Fuel tanks replaced 2015.
• Water: 250 gallons in 1 stainless-steel tank.
• Holding: 48 gallons, FRP under sole in forward stateroom. Reportedly replaced by previous owner 2000
• Hot water heater: 12-gallon Raritan.
• ElectraSan System is installed - Current owners have not used in four years.

ENGINE & MECHANICAL:

• Single Ford Lehman diesel, 135 hp, 6 cylinder, FWC.
• Bow Thruster.
• Engine hours approximately 5810 hours as of 7/28/25.
• Borg Warner Velvet Drive transmission. Rebuilt 2018
• Morse Single Lever Throttle/Transmission controls - 2 Stations
• 1.75" S/S shaft.
• Dripless Shaft Seal.
• Reverso Oil change pump for main engine.
• Three bladed 29" bronze 3-bladed prop.

• 1999 Northern Lights 8kW, in insulated box 
• 120/240 volts
• Hour meter is believed to be inaccurate and not operational.

ELECTRICAL: 

• 12V DC & 110V AC electrical systems.
• ProMariner ProNautic 12-40P Battery Charger.
• MagnaSine Magnum inverter-charger with battery monitor.
• 2-12V Finishline 8D batteries; 4 Group 31's under owner's berth to service bow thruster; 2 Group 27's for engine start and windlass in forward starboard engine room; 1 Group 27 for generator start in aft port corner of engine room.
• 100 amp Balmar high output alternator.

ACCOMMODATIONS: 

• Sleeps 4 in two separate cabins with one head in a very attractive varnished teak interior with varnished parquet soles.
• Starting forward, is the Master Stateroom, aft to port there is an enclosed head with head, stall shower and sink.
• Next aft to starboard is the guest cabin with upper and lower berths to starboard, drawers under. 
• Opposite to port is the washer-dryer followed by a staircase to the pilothouse.
• Hanging lockers, opening portlights, lockers and shelving are throughout.
• The pilothouse has a Captain's chair and centerline steering, chart table, full engine instrumentation, and basic electronics. 
• Captain's berth aft of helm and port and starboard side doors to access foredeck area.
• Aft and down several steps is the main salon with sofas to port and starboard.
• Cream Colored Accordion-type shades cover all main salon windows for privacy.
• Parquet teak sole throughout.
• Double doors open to aft cockpit.

GALLEY: 

• At forward starboard side of the salon is the U-shaped galley with Corian countertops, single basin sink.
• LPG 3 burner stove and oven; microwave.
• Large number of lockers and drawers for storage.
• Splendide Washer / Dryer Combination - Not Currently Operational

ELECTRONICS:

• Current Owner used Coastal Explorer on a Laptop for Navigation. NO GPS Navigation Instruments are Installed.
• Raymarine Autopilot

• Furuno Radar Dome is installed atop mast. NO display is installed at Helm.
